📖 Our Story

After my breakup in 2024, I found myself falling in love with cooking and baking. Around the same time, I launched my podcast, Whispers From The Wreckage, and baking became another creative outlet that helped calm my nerves and bring me peace. Before long, one thing stood out above everything else I made—my cinnamon rolls.

I started bringing them to work, sharing them with family and friends, and taking them anywhere I could. People kept asking for more, requesting them for gatherings, celebrations, and just because. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a mission: creating the perfect cinnamon roll.

After a year and a half of testing, tweaking, and countless batches, I finally nailed the recipe. Then came the frosting. As a cottage baker, I wasn't allowed to use my beloved cream cheese icing, so I got creative and developed a maple icing that quickly became a customer favorite—and honestly, it's amazing.

As The Gooey Roll Co grew, so did my vision. What started in my home kitchen evolved into a dream of opening a food trailer where I can serve fresh, warm, gooey cinnamon rolls to everyone. Along the way, I was able to bring back my signature cream cheese icing, and together with my perfected dough, I finally created the cinnamon rolls I had always imagined.

Today, The Gooey Roll Co proudly serves handcrafted cinnamon rolls made fresh to order for delivery, pickup, pop-ups, and special events throughout New Jersey. I continue to challenge myself by creating at least one new flavor every month, and I love when customers inspire me to dream up something new, unique, and delicious. After all, the best creations often come from a little creativity, a lot of passion, and a community that loves cinnamon rolls as much as I do. 🍥💕
